Zhongfu Shenying’s T1000-level Ultra-high Strength Carbon Fiber Engineering Technology Accreditted

October 29, 2019 ---- A meeting, convened jointly by China National Textile and Apparel Council (CNTAC) together with the Industry and Information Technology Department of Jiangsu, was held in Lianyungang, to appraise the Technology for Hundred-ton-level Engineering of QZ6026 Ultra-high Tensile Strength Carbon Fiber (T1000 level). The program, from which this new technology was developed, was led by Zhongfu Shenying Carbon Fiber Co., Ltd. and joined by Donghua University and Jiangsu Xin Yingyou Textile Machinery Co., Ltd.

The appraisal commission which includes Academia Su Jinliang and Academia Jiang Shicheng from Chinese Academy of Engineering, Professor Liu Jie from Beijing University of Chemical Technology  and many other national famous experts was invited to attend the meeting. Others honorable  guests present also include Mr. Gao Yong, General Secretary of Party Committee of CNTAC, Mrs. Wang Yuping, Vice Director of Technology Development Department of CNTAC, Mr. Xi Shizhan, Vice President of Industry and Information Technology Bureau of Lianyungang, Mr. Zhang Guoliang, Chairman of Zhongfu Shenying Carbon Fiber Co., Ltd., Mrs. Liu Fang, General Manager of Zhongfu Shenying Carbon Fiber Co., Ltd. etc. The meeting was hosted by Mrs. Zhang Huiqin, Vice Director of Technology Development Department of CNTAC.

Members of the Appraisal Commission listened to a report about the program, visited the production facilities and carefully examined the process of QZ6026 Ultra-high Tensile Strength Carbon Fiber. They reached a unanimous agreement afterwards that this technology is worldly advanced. They suggested for the acceleration of market promotion.

In his speech, Mr. Zhang Guoliang stated that this technological breakthrough marks a milestone for Zhongfu Shenying and represents the advancement of carbon fiber production process. The company will keep focusing, for the next step, on technology development, optimizing cost and quality control, in order to improve the stability and unanimity of the performance of carbon fiber and finally satisfy requirements from aerospace and many other application industries.

Mr. Gao Yong gave his congratulations after this technology was finally accredited by the appraisal commission. He stated that it is an important improvement for China’s carbon fiber industry thus contributing to an overall development of the latter. However, we still have a long way to go. In that case, he expected Zhongfu Shenying to further strengthen its R&D efforts, keeping innovating and make bigger contributions to the carbon fiber industry.

Zhongfu Shenying never ceases to devote itself into the R&D of carbon fiber technology, even after its T700 level and T800 level carbon fiber was mass produced and itself awarded as the winner of the State Scientific and Technological Progress Award. But instead, based upon that, in the two years thereafter, Zhongfu Shenying kept systematically optimizing the production process for T800 level carbon fiber, strengthening the defect control, thus realizing a further improvement of tensile strength.
